Overall, I would rate the experience 7 out of 10. The restaurant was excellent, but the rest of the staff could have been more courteous and attentive. I had to request that my cabin be cleaned, as I found it dirty upon arrival and it was not properly maintained during the stay. The onboard staff were not particularly friendly, especially at the bars. Managing around 3,000 passengers is difficult when the common areas are so limited. The ship does not seem well suited to operating at full capacity.

Excellent organization and communication. The app is very convenient for staying up to date with everything. The entertainment team was excellent, and the shows at the theatre were truly impressive.
