Everything on board was impeccable: from the overall organization to the cleanliness, from the quality of service to the atmosphere that could be felt day after day. However, I particularly wish to highlight the exceptional hospitality I received at the Angelo Azzurro Bar, thanks to two members of your staff who truly deserve a special mention: Macdam and Jefferson. With their kindness, availability, and friendliness, Macdam and Jefferson created a warm, cheerful, and familiar atmosphere, making every evening unique. Their professionalism and human touch truly made a difference. Adding even more charm and emotion to the evenings was the beautiful voice of the Sicilian singer from Bronte (unfortunately I don’t remember his name), who moved us with his talent and his wonderful connection with the audience. Each evening was something we eagerly looked forward to. Thank you sincerely for this wonderful experience. I will cherish unforgettable memories of this cruise and can’t wait to come back on board.

I found Costa (customer service, staff, and food) has really declined! Very little attention to individual guests. The excursions were extremely expensive, and not all of them were worth it. Overall, Costa really disappointed me.

Little entertainment... The food was a bit less abundant compared to previous times (I’ve sailed with Costa Favolosa four times, always the same ship). Still, it was wonderful overall!

Spectacular entertainment team — kind, fun, talented, and full of energy! There are plenty of comforts on board and lots of entertainment to enjoy.
A name that speaks for quality, but I would like to point out the chaos, discomfort, and the long time spent standing under the scorching sun while waiting to complete the boarding formalities at the Hamburg terminal. At least a bottle of water and a bit more information would have been appreciated — and, above all, necessary. Apart from that, everything else was fine.

Fantastic company.
Costa is a good company — I’ve known it for a very long time — but I feel that the quality of the services has been declining year after year. I’m not talking about comfort or the staff, who are excellent, but about the cost-cutting measures the company seems to be taking on many small details. All this to say that we remain nostalgic for the golden age. The democratization of cruising has killed good manners and courtesy. Dress codes are no longer respected — it’s not a big deal if people stay decent, but men wearing shorts at dinner should definitely not be tolerated!
