I experienced poor organization, especially in the handling of luggage on disembarkation day. Furthermore, the casino staff is absolutely inadequate... you cannot close the casino at 1:30 a.m. — unacceptable.

Good overall standard. The onboard staff are always very courteous and efficient, but not always able to enforce the rules in the swimming pools and hot tubs.
For Costa Pacifica, everything was very good, especially the onboard staff.

I have used Costa Cruises several times and it is my favorite, although unfortunately they are continuously cutting back on many aspects. I hope this will change, but the outlook is not very promising.
Overall, the cruise went well, but lately I have noticed many restrictions affecting the overall cruise experience. The catering understandably reuses leftover food, but if I order lamb, I do not want to eat a processed mash shaped like canned meat. The end-of-cruise gift was disappointing as well… a ballpoint pen. As usual, excursions and photos are excessively expensive. I hope Costa returns to the standards of a few years ago.
