Company to be recommended to anyone who wants to go on a cruise vacation
Excellent cruise with some disagreements, even though I booked an internal double cabin I was assigned an internal one with single beds and it was small, after joining the beds there was only 30 cm of space left to get out of the bed and my wife crawled to get out of the bed.
One of the passengers was trying to get into the restaurant half an hour before it opened due to a misunderstanding (a last-minute schedule change) and after about ten minutes of discussion one of the waiters responded rudely to the passenger, with all the reasons he could have, we are in a 5-star service, I believe it is necessary to have more diplomacy
For me, being my first cruise, I can only be satisfied.

I have been on several cruises but this time I had a lot of difficulty with the staff as they did not speak Italian at all; for the rest, both the ship and the excursions were very beautiful

Unfortunately I must note that the Costa cruise company is not up to standard, because it has cut more than half of the staff and there are several inconveniences, starting from the long queues at the buffets to the cleaning of both the room and the laundry. Unfortunately I will no longer go on a cruise with Costa and so far I have done 8 with MSC and 2 with Costa. It's the first time that I have to give a negative opinion.
Too many queues to eat or drink, long waiting times.
