truly wonderful experience. All the staff were helpful, and the restaurants were excellent.
Excellent cruise line, with them I always feel at home.
Slow check-in, and the suitcases were not delivered but were found in the evening in a room.
I expected more from MSC. For what I paid, it was not worth it.
The staff were kind and helpful with every request. The food was excellent and plentiful. The shows and entertainment were very enjoyable. Definitely an experience to repeat. Thank you, until next time.
Overall, we were very satisfied. The only downside, as far as I am concerned, was the stop in Ibiza, which I did not enjoy. In my opinion, it is not worth visiting, although this is just my personal view. For me, therefore, it was not worthwhile. The other cities, on the other hand, were truly beautiful and deserved much more time to visit properly. I would have preferred to stay one more day in Valencia and skip Ibiza.
We had a good experience travelling with MSC: the staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The only downside is that you need to pay close attention to onboard expenses and carefully check the charges on your credit card. In our case, we were charged for an excursion we never took. However, I must acknowledge that the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently.
A top cruise line, as always.
Cleanliness and organisation on board were always excellent, the food was good with an ever-changing menu, and the MSC staff were always smiling and helpful. The only downside, which may perhaps depend on the staff at the port of Genoa, was that for the first time we found total disorganisation during embarkation. Two hours to board is too long.
Very good value for money.
On our sixth cruise, we are more than satisfied with the cruise line, so much so that we have already booked another one for next year.
Beautiful ship and friendly staff. The entertainment was acceptable, but rather limited, with few activities offered during the day and on sea days. The excursions were too expensive, especially for a family. There was plenty of food, but not as much variety as in previous years, and the options were often repetitive.
Overall, the organization was good, although a few aspects could be improved: Each year, at least some of the ports of call could be diversified. They are repeated too often, which makes guests less inclined to book the tour again. The theatrical entertainment is very interesting, but the production side could be partly diversified, with a little less Broadway-style influence. As for the restaurants, the use of sauces could be reduced in favor of more olive oil, tomato, and Parmesan — in other words, more Italian flavors and fewer French-influenced ones. Overall, however, the dining experience was fine. The medical service was poor. I cannot comment on the professional skills, as I do not know, but the reception and approach were aggressive and arrogant.
Fantastic as always
