Every detail is perfect — every choice, every color, every element is designed to give us satisfaction. In my opinion, MSC is the best. What makes it unique is the human touch, with staff who are kind, courteous, and warm. I am extremely satisfied with everything, and anyone who dares to write otherwise is only telling lies. You are the best.

A wonderful holiday: the staff were always available, attentive and kind; the ship was spotless and the cabins were perfect.
Everyone was always extremely kind (or almost everyone), smiling as they cleaned and kept everything in order.
This is my third cruise with MSC: the first on Lirica, the second on MSC World Europa—both satisfying. This one on Grandiosa, however, was disappointing. The ship is beautiful, but apart from a few staff members (Luca for the pizzas, Cesar for the entertainment, the theater team, and just a few others), the rest of the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. Table service for drinks was far too slow. Food was not abundant; I often found desserts and fruit already gone even though buffet hours were still ongoing. Truly disappointing.

I would say an excellent experience for our first cruise, and we chose MSC World Europa. In terms of organization, cleanliness, and staff in every department, everything was outstanding and everyone was extremely kind. The only downside is that very few staff members speak Italian, and unfortunately we often found ourselves in difficulty. In my opinion, the buffet was excellent and offered a wide variety every day. The only thing that disappointed me was that the Italian-style breakfast (croissants, mini brioches, muffins, cakes) was always the same; I expected more variety over the days. Another regret is that we did not purchase the drinks package because of our budget. For ordinary people like us, who longed for a cruise and are a family of four, it is quite expensive to pay €8 for a single glass of wine at the restaurant—and the same applies to other alcoholic drinks. Finally, it was a pity that not even a small complimentary souvenir or keepsake was given to families. Nevertheless, thank you for a wonderful trip.
We cannot give a full 10 as the final rating because there are a few aspects that, in our opinion, need improvement—especially the food at the main restaurant Green Orchid. We only dined there twice since the dishes were served cold, the pasta was overcooked, the fish was too dry, and the service was not excellent (first and second courses were brought at the same time). The white wine was poor in quality. Quite the opposite at the buffet, where everything was delicious; we went there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day.

A wonderful cruise. The only downside of MSC Seaside is that there isn’t much animation or entertainment compared to other MSC ships I have visited.
