I have always had a great experience with MSC and I will continue to travel with this company, hoping that new itineraries will be introduced and that family prices will remain competitive.

It could be a good cruise line, but unfortunately it has some shortcomings, especially when it comes to managing Back-to-Back cruises.
Many things have to be paid for extra.
Everyone was truly kind, especially in the Baby Club with Miss Juliana. My children had a great time at the Mini Club! The barman Arber was also very friendly and courteous, as was the waitress Ajscha at the Borghese restaurant. Really an excellent team!

I like how they renovate the ships and the kind of entertainment they offer.
They are attentive to the needs of families and infants. We had a good experience.

Ugly
This was our fifth cruise, and we’ve always had a great experience with MSC. However, this time the food was rather poor and the daytime entertainment was almost nonexistent. In the evening, though, there was plenty of fun by the pool. The excursions were extremely expensive. Personally, I’m lactose intolerant — I had, of course, informed them — but for two mornings they brought me the wrong breakfast, and I felt really unwell, which also ruined my day on Ocean Cay.
After many years of cruising with MSC, it still feels as exciting as the very first time.
