MSC was such a disappointment with the Aqua by MSC system. The water dispensed from the Aqua machines tasted of chlorine, especially in the main restaurant assigned to us. It was really unpleasant to eat at the restaurant without being able to drink the water. Another negative aspect was the air conditioning, which was far too strong. It was freezing.
Never again with MSC unless they bring bottled water back into the drinks package.

Few leisure activities and limited entertainment. Good room service, but service in the restaurant was slow. The buffet was good and plentiful, and the theatre was beautiful.

Excellent itinerary. It was a pity that the Gerarder port call was cancelled due to bad weather, but we managed to get around very well using a paid boat service. The restaurant food was professionally prepared, although not very varied. The theatre was good.

I have always had good experiences with MSC, although as a Silver member I expected a little more, especially for our anniversary. Unfortunately, my review of MSC Lirica is not positive: the ship is somewhat dated, the food was always the same and of fairly poor quality, and table service was virtually non-existent. On the other hand, cabin cleaning and the entertainment were excellent.
