A beautiful ship with excellent entertainment. However, the dining room staff at breakfast were rude.

Always spotless. Staff always smiling and helpful. I would like to give a positive review to Priscilla from the excursions team, Francesca from the photography staff, Kelly Onguso and Nomatter from the Cerchio d’Oro restaurant, and Stephanie Asst Walter. I would gladly give them a perfect 10.
The only drawback was the Spa. For this reason, on my next cruise I don’t think I will book it again. The ship (which I had already sailed on in 2010) now shows its age and really needs refurbishment, especially the Spa, where almost nothing was working.
