A bit old but still efficient
Nothing to say about the ship itself, but more attention to details is needed: whirlpools not working and food scattered all around the pool area.
Beautiful and well-kept ship, though some flaws are visible due to its age. The staff is polite and helpful. The only drawback: hardly anyone speaks Italian, so communication can be difficult for those who don’t know foreign languages well.

The ship is beautiful but there are some things to be reviewed because the cabin cleaning service is excellent, some problems with the buffet service by the bar staff, often absent because maybe it's organized badly.
The ship is truly beautiful. The only flaw: the hot tubs often didn't work (they were turned off).

Too crowded
Dated ship that should do less demanding and much less expensive routes. In the cabin with a balcony I made recordings of structural noises that could drive anyone with insomnia crazy. Luckily we adapted, because the idea of changing cabins to risk not improving the situation made us desist from requesting it. In short, too much money for such a poor product

Beautiful, good services
This category of ship is not bad: modern, comfortable and with a good range of services. Some aspects, however, need to be improved, such as the management of overcrowding and the efficiency of some services on board. The ship needs more maintenance: on MSC Fantasia the noise during departures, maneuvers and docking was excessive, with significant disturbance even inside the cabin.
