Excursion Saint agnes, the highest eagle nest village in europe tour at Mentone

Cruise line: Silversea
Difficulty:

Sainte-Agnes

Despite its proximity to the coast (3 miles from Menton as the crow flies but a 30 minute drive along the steep winding road), the village stands high on a rocky hill, giving it far reaching views across the landscape and the Mediterranean, with mountains rising steeply all around the village, creating a significant part of the appeal of Sainte-Agnes. The village offers the visitor a very picturesque walk among his curiosities, the Rue PIE: with its very close support arches. Enjoy views on the Mediterranean Sea. SAINT AGNES: with its breathtaking panorama, Saint Agnes has earned its nickname" balcony of the Cote Azur".

After some free time enjoy a refreshment of fresh homemade lemon pie with soft drink on a terrace with stunning views before returning to your bus for the ride back to the pier.
