Chumbarovka Street

Meet your guide on the pier and walk to Chumbarovka Street which is a pedestrian only street free of all cars. It features collected wooden houses of the 19th century and new replicas. Here you will see the children`s school of traditional crafts and a craftsmen`s yard. They continue local traditions. Russian North is famous for birch bark and wood painting, knitting and bone carving, ginger-bread and making kitchen utensils from natural materials.
