Excursion Farm to table experience tour at Cabo San Lucas

Connect with nature as you immerse yourself in a unique culinary journey as you enjoy the colors, textures and aromas of a Mexican farm while harvesting your own vegetables and herbs. Begin with a 45 minute drive to Los Tamarindos. Upon arrival meet your hosts and receive a briefing and a tour around the farm. Learn the history of Los Tamarindos and the agricultural process they perform to be 100% natural farming. You'll harvest the fresh ingredients for the cooking class right from the fields. Continue to a beautiful kitchen terrace with stone walls and wooden ceilings, begin your three course cooking class guided by your bilingual chef or an interpreter. After the class you'll share a common table with your fellow classmates tasting the fruits of your labor while enjoying the view of the fields and the breeze of the Sea of Cortez.
Menu items may include: Los Tamarindos salad, mesquite grilled chicken, grilled salsas and guacamole, handmade tortillas, roasted vegetables, mango jelly tamal and herb oils. Three beverages are included with choices of Pacifico, Corona, seasonal margaritas, La Cetto Reserva Privada, Nebbiolo, Valle de Guadalupe, and Sauvignon Blanc.
Before returning to the pier, enjoy free time for photos and to take in the last beautiful views of this unique farm.

Please note: This tour doesn't involve much walking, although the farm is not paved and has limited number of steps. Comfortable clothing and shoes, sunglasses and biodegradable sunblock are recommended. Menu may vary depending on availability of produce on the day of the tour. A mandatory waiver must be signed for all tours in Cabo San Lucas, as per Local Tours Operators' requirements.
