Calais is a city of Northern France and looking out the English Channel and it is positioned near three capitals: Paris, Bruxelles and London. Calais was established by the Romans and then Dutch people settled down in this area, making it a fishermen village. Calais offers also leisure activities. Having a walk through Rue Royale, you can do shopping or try the typical food in restaurants and bars along the street.
