Cruise line: Silversea
Difficulty:

Begin your half-day adventure with a short walk from the tender dock to your comfortable motorized catamaran. Once onboard, prepare for a scenic 5-hour voyage along the stunning west coast of St. Lucia.

Cruise Past Rodney Bay & Pigeon Island

Your first stop is a scenic spin around Rodney Bay, offering views of the historic Pigeon Island National Landmark. This 44-acre islet, connected to the mainland by causeway, features the remnants of Fort Rodney—an 18th-century British lookout used to monitor French ships at nearby Martinique.

Marvel at the Pitons & Coastal Villages

Leaving Rodney Bay behind, the captain steers southward along the coast, passing Castries Harbour and the charming fishing villages of Anse La Raye and Canaries. The highlight is the view of the iconic Pitons—Gros and Petit Piton—rising majestically from the sea. Bring your camera: this waterborne perspective offers stunning photos of these world-famous volcanic spires.

Festive Atmosphere & Beach Stop

On the return journey heading north, the mood becomes lively. Caribbean dance music fills the air as a variety of snacks and drinks are served—soft drinks, rum punch, BBQ chicken wings, pizza wedges, sandwiches, and fresh vegetables.

Swim & Relax at Marigot Bay

The captain will select an ideal bay along the coast for a classic Caribbean swim in the sparkling turquoise waters of Marigot Bay, a deep-set cove renowned for its lush surroundings and luxury yachts. After a refreshing swim, the cruise concludes as you head back to the tender dock, carrying unforgettable memories of St. Lucia’s scenic coastlines and lively atmosphere.
