Excursion Aquascope semi-submarine tour at Safaga

After an approximate 30-minute drive to the Aqua Scope docking area, board a semi-submersible watercraft where the top deck remains completely above the water and the bottom deck is submerged under the surface of the sea.

Enjoy a 90-minute cruise in the sparkling waters of the Red Sea and marine life of colourful coral, reefs and fish. The Aqua Scope lets you experience this marine wonder world through viewing windows in the submerged bottom half of the boat.

During the return journey, relax on the top deck while sipping a complimentary soft drink and enjoying the fresh sea breeze and warm sunshine

At the conclusion of the tour, meet the vehicle at the Aqua Scope landing pier for the approximate 30-minute transfer back to the ship.

Please Note: This tour requires a minimal amount of walking for approximately 200 metres (219 yards) with a few steps to manage inside the Aquascope to access the upper deck. This tour is suitable for guests with limited mobility and those who utilize a wheelchair however guests must be able to get in/out of the vehicle and Aquascope on their own or with the assistance of their travelling companion. Only foldable wheelchairs, scooters and walkers can be accommodated on the coach; however the Aquascope is not wheelchair accessible. This tour is not recommended for guests who suffer from claustrophobia. Total time on the Aquascope is 1.5 hours. Lightweight, comfortable clothing, flat, rubber-soled shoes and sun protection are recommended.
