Our experience on board MSC Grandiosa was truly fantastic. We spent a wonderful family holiday, enjoying every moment of the cruise. The ship is beautiful, elegant and very well maintained, with clean and well-organized spaces. We particularly appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff, who were always attentive to the needs of the guests. The dining options were also excellent, and the shows and entertainment activities were very enjoyable, making our holiday even more special. For us, it was an experience filled with fun, relaxation and wonderful memories. We would definitely recommend MSC Grandiosa and hope to enjoy another MSC cruise very soon!
The ship is truly spectacular.
Very beautiful ship with plenty of amenities. The double inside cabin was spacious. Both the outdoor and indoor areas were truly beautiful.

MSC Grandiosa is a very impressive and visually striking ship, with elegant interiors and a truly spectacular Galleria. However, when sailing at full capacity, overall comfort is noticeably affected: at several times we found the ship excessively crowded, especially in the Galleria and the busiest public areas, making it difficult to move around and find genuinely quiet spaces. I also found the layout of the outdoor areas less effective than on other MSC ships. Another point worth mentioning is the indoor air conditioning, which was often excessively cold, creating significant temperature differences compared with the outside. Overall, it is a beautiful ship to look at, but less enjoyable to experience than I had expected.

It did not live up to my expectations.
Unfortunately, I noticed that on such a large ship the quality of the entertainment seems to suffer somewhat, as the focus appears to be more on the themed restaurants. That said, the ship itself is extremely impressive and beautifully designed. What led me to give the entertainment a score of 6 is that the best shows require an additional fee and are held in a different theatre. Of the shows included in the cruise fare, six or seven are essentially just singing performances. The cabin really surprised me: for an inside cabin, it was quite spacious and comfortable.
A very large, modern, high-tech ship equipped with every comfort. The spaces are very well organized; I would only have preferred a few more outdoor promenades on the lower decks as well.
