The services and staff once again proved to be excellent.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Excellent, well-organized cruise line.
Very professional and helpful staff.
Always available and very kind. They gave us a wonderful experience, difficult to forget. The butlers were all excellent, especially Rakesh, who was our point of reference throughout the week, together with the waiters. A special mention also goes to Muza, the waiter in the restaurant and at our table, not to mention our cabin hostess Leonita, who was excellent. A beautiful experience and highly recommended.
Everything was well organized, the staff was courteous, and the cabin and common areas were always very well maintained and spotless.
Excellent experience, everyone was very warm, kind and polite. They make you feel like part of the family from the first to the last day.
MSC is an excellent cruise line…
MSC is a reliable cruise line — NUMBER ONE!!!
Overall, the cruise was pleasant. The only inconvenience was not receiving the cot in the cabin, even though it had already been requested during the booking, because there was not enough space.
Once again, I can say that I prefer it to other cruise lines.
MSC is always a safe choice for us. There is not much more to say: as usual, it is a guarantee.
