Independence Palace

Your first cultural stop is the beautiful historic Independence Palace, with exclusive access inside. This iconic site is forever etched into Vietnam’s history. War Remnants Museum

Our journey continues through the heart of the city, where French colonial architecture stands proudly. From here, we pass landmarks like the historic CIA Headquarters, Opera House, and City Hall, each revealing layers of the city’s fascinating past.

Please Note: This modeerate activity tour is designed to be accessible for guests on a wheelchair who can transfer to a seat. Full time wheelchair users, are kindly requested to contact shoreconcierge@silversea.com in order to provide further details and determine if the tour is suitable for them. The tour route avoids steps and stairs but includes a total walking distance of approx. 1200-1500 meters (1300-1650 yards). An accessible vehicle with a wheelchair lift or ramp will be used for transportation. Guides are not allowed to push wheelchairs. The number of accessible vehicles is extremely limited and guests are encouraged to make their accessible shore excursion reservations in advance. Guests are advised to wear comfortable clothing, closed-toe walking shoes, and to bring a hat, sunglasses, sun tan lotion, and a credit card or cash in AUD from the ship. Covered shoulders and knees are recommended.
