Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by the winery’s expert hosts and introduced to the estate’s sustainable philosophy. A guided walk through organic vineyards and centuries-old olive groves reveals the secrets of biodynamic farming and the recovery of native varietals.

Cellars and Heritage Spaces

Continue underground to discover the silent wine cellars, where aging barrels rest in stone chambers. Explore exclusive spaces rarely open to the public, including the production facilities, a private chapel, and the historic archive that preserves the legacy of the land.

Premium Wine & Olive Oil Tasting

The highlight of the visit is a private tasting in a reserved salon. Enjoy four premium organic wines and two estate-produced extra virgin olive oils, all paired with regional delicacies: Iberic cured meats, fire-baked bread, artisanal cheeses, and house-made jams. Storytelling and personalized hospitality bring each flavor to life.

Leisure Time at the Boutique

Before departure, take time to browse the estate’s boutique, offering a curated selection of wines, oils, and local products to bring a taste of Alicante back home.

A panoramic drive of approximately 45 minutes will take you back to the pier.

Please Note: This tour involves approximately 1,000 meters of walking across various surfaces, including flat terrain and hilly vineyard paths, with some steep inclines. Walking inside the estate and vineyards is at guests' discretion. The activity requires good physical condition and is not suitable for guests with limited mobility or those using wheelchairs.
