Excursion Speedboat adventure to blue cave tour at Kotor

Experience the Bay of Kotor on an exciting and exhilarating speedboat ride and beach break during this half-day tour. Take in the scenes of the coastal landscape dotted with small villages and a mountain range as the backdrop.

Depart the ship for the short walk to the speedboat staging area to receive your life-jacket (if requested), before embarking the boat. After an approximate 45-minute boat ride through the Bay of Kotor, you will arrive at your first destination, a true attraction near the entrance of the Bay,

The Blue Cave

Blue Cave is a natural phenomenon offering you the opportunity to swim in crystal clear water. The transparency of incredible variations of blue water is 3-4 metres in depth. Following your short cave swim and exploration, continue to the beach at Zanjice for a beach break of approximately 2 hours.

Zanjice Beach

You are welcomed to the pebble stone beach with a refreshing beverage. Relax, swim, stretch your legs on a walk along the shoreline or just soak up the Mediterranean sun on your sunbed. A local tavern is nearby offering shade, local hospitality and cold beverages for purchase. Credit cards and foreign currencies are not accepted; only Euros are accepted at Zanjice Beach.

At the conclusion of your beach break, re-board your speedboat for the approximate 45-minute ride back to Kotor and your awaiting ship.

Please note: This tour involves moderate walking over varying terrain with slight inclines and 2 - 3 steps to board the boat. Walking while in Zanjice is at your discretion. This tour includes twists and turns at high speeds; guests with coronary, back or hip problems should consider this before requesting this tour. This tour is not suitable for women who may be pregnant. Guests should be in good physical condition. The sights passed and visited during the tour are subject to change due to weather conditions, high water and/or rough seas. The Captain has the right to cancel, change, shorten or abort the tour at any time due to same. Participants should be aware that there are certain inherent risks involved in any boating excursion. It is recommended guests wear a swimsuit under a cover-up, sun protection and bring a towel from the ship. Water shoes are recommended as beach is made of pebbles stone. Swimming is at the guest's own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty in the various locations. Minimum age of participation is 8 years. Credit cards are not accepted, we suggest to bring local currency with you.
