Fort de France, La Fontaine Didier, Rainforest Trek, Lush Flora and Fauna
Depart the pier for the scenic, approximately 30-minute drive to La Fontaine Didier, the starting point for your picturesque, guided hike through the tropical rainforest to Absalon. During this approximately two-hour trek, marvel at your exceptionally beautiful and peaceful surrounds, hear the song of the birds and see small waterfalls. In addition, pass by a multitude of botanical species, including ferns, mahogany trees, Balisier flowers and exotic plants, whilst exploring the heart of the rainforest and learning about its biodiversity.
Absalon, Little River, Free Time, Balata Church
Upon arrival at Absalon, the end of your hiking trek, some free time is made available to relax and unwind along a little river. Afterward, re-board your awaiting coach and commence the approximately 40-minute drive back to the pier, with a photo stop at the Balata Church en route.

Please note: This tour involves an extensive amount of hiking for approximately 1.55 miles (about 2.5 kilometres), at times over uneven, rocky, slippery, and natural surfaces and inclines, with a few steps to negotiate to get on/off the bus. This tour is recommended for active guests in good physical condition.
