Depart from the pier and set out on foot toward Antwerp’s historic for an approximately 1 hour and a half walk. Your guide introduces the Market Square, framed by gabled guild houses with the Brabo statue and Renaissance City Hall. Continue into the narrow Vlaaikensgang (“Pie Alley”), an evocative remnant of medieval Antwerp, then proceed to Groenplaats, anchored by the statue of Peter Paul Rubens.

After the cathedral visit, enjoy the concluding segment of the guided walk through Antwerp’s atmospheric lanes before returning to the pier with a 90 minutes’ walk
