Celia has worked with the market for over 10 years, and possesses an insider's knowledge of the best it has to offer. Born in Colorado, U.S.A., Celia moved to London after university and worked for several years as a private chef for film director Stanley Kubrick before running her own catering business. She has also written nine cookbooks and recorded numerous TV appearances, including Saturday Kitchen on BBC in the United Kingdom, and on PBS and The Food Network in the United States.
