Varied and appropriate. I didn't book any excursions, but I was still satisfied
Unfortunately here there were two route changes. One that was requested and agreed, the second was unexpected, even for MSC itself (sudden birth of a baby on board). It's certainly not the company's fault, on the contrary they managed it well by prioritizing safety over everything else, but they could have helped us with some more courtesy than just a single radio announcement. The sudden disembarkation in Crete the next day was a complete disaster: no organization for shuttles and taxis, an endless queue and poor management by the staff.

The Santorini-Ancona route is too long (44 hours)… a stop in Puglia would be better
You could arrive in Brindisi in the morning as for the other destinations.
the Santorini experience was mind-boggling and idiotic, you can't have 4 cruise ships with 10,000 people arriving on the same day on an island that can only be visited by cable car. If you need a UNI EN ISO / CMMI Quality Systems inspector evaluator let me know that I will overturn the current managers who do not even realize the inconvenience caused to the guests. Moral of the story: I got off with my partner and shortly after I got back on board to return to the ship. Santorini and MSC organization to be forgotten.

Negative vote for the excursion to Agia Marina in Crete. There was supposed to be an Italian guide on the bus but she didn't understand or speak a word. We had to fend for ourselves. Furthermore, the beach was very small and very expensive, both for staying for more hours and for getting something to drink (consumption was mandatory). Ornos beach is very beautiful but also very expensive. The sunbeds and umbrella were not included and we paid €50 for one, on the other hand the city of Mykonos is very beautiful and characteristic
