Beautiful, though perhaps a bit more attention should be paid to maintenance.
Welcoming, warm atmosphere, and very kind staff.
We didn’t miss a thing.
A bit old, but overall we had a great time — especially thanks to the shows, which were excellent, and the entertainment team even more so.
Small and a bit old, but equipped with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing week on board.
The ship is a bit dated and could use some renovation and attention
MSC Sinfonia is well maintained, but it has few leisure areas for adults inside. If the weather is bad, the only pool — which is outdoors — cannot be used, so it’s easy to get bored on board. There are some board games available, but in my opinion, that’s not enough.
Horrible
Very old and not very clean.
Although it is not a latest-generation ship, it was a wonderful discovery: friendly, courteous and helpful staff; a fantastic magician show; excellent entertainment; and good food that is easy to adapt to. The only downside was the schedule of some routes and the limited time in Kefalonia.
Outdated ship
Small ship, tiny rooms. You could feel any movement of the sea. Lack of protection on the 12th floor for the safety of children. Excessive cost compared to the ship and the general level of the cruise.
Excellent
Beautiful
All negative
Old, poorly maintained ship and some cabins stunk of sewage on deck 8, terrible maintenance, terrible management
The ship is beautiful and organized.
A ship that is not enormous like the latest generation ones, but certainly up to par. Recommended as a first cruise to not have the impact of overcrowding.
Old, small ship with few entertainment options
