Local infrastructure is basic, and local road conditions are unpredictable, note that roads in Ittoqqortoormiit are only partly paved, with some inclines and steps. Guides, equipment, and services are the best-available but may not be up to the standards of those found on other excursions therefore, we urge flexibility and understanding as we visit unique and remote destinations. Dress in layers with sturdy, closed toe walking shoes/boots, and bring sun protection, insect repellent, weatherproof jacket, hat, and scarf.
