Please note: This moderate excursion involves walking over gently paved, sloped walkways. While total amount is at guest direction, a minimum of 0.6 mi / 1 km is required. Guests must be able to embark and disembark the motorcoach without assistance; those with mobility difficulties should have an able-bodied companion to assist. All venue pathways are wheelchair accessible. All thermal baths are outdoors; some require navigating 3-4 steps to access, others have no stairs, and one has a hoist and swing for full accessibility. Time spent in thermal pools is at own discretion. Water temperatures vary from brisk to quite warm (maximum of 105.8F / 41C). Pool depths range from shallow to deep. The spa recommends those who are pregnant, have open cuts or sores, or suffer from heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, or high cholesterol should be cautious about participating in this tour and consult their doctor beforehand. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Appropriate swimwear must be worn in the pools. Waterproof footwear such as thongs, sandals, or slides are highly recommended throughout the springs and wet areas. A towel, bathrobe, and locker are provided. Clothing such as teeshirts and shorts can be discolored due to the high mineral content of the water in the pools. Avoid wearing jewelry, as the same minerals may cause tarnishing. Alba is a place of tranquility; phones, smart watches, laptops, and cameras are not permitted. Phones can be used in reception and the car park.
