Guests are advised to wear lightweight, comfortable clothing with flat, closed-toe walking shoes, and bring sun protection, bottled water, and local currency or credit cards for purchases from the ship; for the best picture-taking on board the helicopter, guests are advised to wear darker colours to reduce window reflection. Please dress conservatively when going ashore. As a rule, women should not wear anything remotely revealing (miniskirts, shorts, capris, beachwear, and sleeveless or low-cut tops), and men should always wear shirts and trousers in public. Due to the sudden changes in temperature between the sites visited, air-conditioned vehicles, and temperature outside, guests are advised to bring a sweater or light jacket from the ship. Guests must be at least two years old to participate on this tour; minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18. Guests weighing more than 245 pounds (about 110 kilograms) will be required to pay for one additional seat to participate in this tour. Due to weight and balance limitations, as well as individual safety and comfort, seating is assigned at the pilot's discretion. The total flight time is approximately 30 minutes; flight times can vary based on weather conditions. Guests may be asked to stand on scales. If the weights differ by more than 10% over what was sent, the right is reserved to refuse travel and the ticket will not be refunded. As a courtesy to all guests, the tour operator does not permit iPads or other tablet PCs for use as photographic devices, as they can impede the view of other participants; only personal phones are permitted. Commercial photography/videography is prohibited. Locker facilities are available, free of charge at the helipad terminal. A signed waiver is required to participate on this tour. Operation of this tour is subject to the latest weather and visibility reports (provided a maximum of two hours prior to the flight), and may be cancelled by the pilot on short notice. The pilot makes the final decision regarding the continuation of the flight, and may terminate the flight at any time if deemed unsafe to fly. The tour sequence, flight paths, and timings may vary due to weather or air traffic control. Space on this tour is extremely limited; we suggest you book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
