Excursion Al khatim desert dune safari tour at Abu Dhabi

Experience the spectacular desert dunes of Abu Dhabi in a unique and exciting new way during this half-day, off-road dune safari.

Depart the pier via four-wheel-drive vehicle for the approximately 30-minute drive through Abu Dhabi, and on to the Al Khatim Desert. En route, take in scenes of modern Abu Dhabi before leaving the main road, deflating your tires and entering the Al Khatim Desert; home to the highest sand dunes in the world. These constantly shifting sand dunes rise to impressive heights of up to 984 feet (300 metres).

During your exhilarating dune-ride, your driver expertly navigates over and between the dunes. Afterward, refreshments are served between the dunes before re-inflating the tires and commencing the approximately 1.25-hour return drive to the pier.
