Hong Kong

Hong Kong

Hong Kong is one of the main cities in China for its economy, tourism and the density of population. Hong Kong is a combination of Eastern and Western cultures, new and old, offering its visitors an endless variety of places to explore, bars, clubs, street markets, haute-couture boutiques and much more. Visit the Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade with its breath-taking landscape on the port. At night the buildings are all lighted-up and offer a real spectacle. If you want to take a break from the skyscrapers and are looking for a calmer place, you can reach Repulse Bay, more crowded in summer, for a relaxing walk and detox from the traffic and the frenzy typical of the huge metropolis. Many of the Cruises to Far East leave from Hong Kong’s port and take you to Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and Singapore, to discover the most exotic places in the world. You can visit the Far East with the best cruise companies such as Royal Caribbean, Norwegian Cruise Line, Silversea and many more.

Tianjin

Tianjin

Located in northern China, Tianjin is a metropolis that combines Eastern and Western flavor. There are
many must-see attractions to visit during your cruise.
If you want to admire the majesty of China's mountains and forests, Panshan, a scenic spot that
combines folk customs, natural landscapes and famous historical sites is the place for you. It is called
“Panshan” because it looks like a giant dragon wrapping itself around the entire mountain where the
lushness of the trees present makes it a wonderful summer resort.

Tianjin is said to be a combination of typical Chinese and Western elements. The Xikai Church, with
Western-style architecture typical of the French Romanesque style, is a perfect example of this mix; if
you are lucky, you may also come across a wedding, where you can enjoy the purity of a ceremony in

which the Chinese and Western styles are mixed together. There is also a representative of Western-
style architecture-the Century Clock. The building with the classical shape of the clock and the twelve-
hour dial in which the twelve constellations are shown. Each constellation has its own history in which

classical and modern, foreign and local culture are integrated.
If you have a keen interest in Chinese history, a visit to the Tianjin Museum is a must. The most unique
feature of the museum is that all the exhibits in the museum are displayed according to the history of
human development and the order of change of dynasties, from humanistic to artistic exhibits, so that it
feels like walking through a time tunnel, using “God's eye vision” to observe the process of the history of
time and development.
