Depart the ship in the morning and transfer to Cochin airport for a scheduled flight to Jaipur of approximately 5.25 hours in length, including a layover. Lunch will be served on board. Upon arrival in Jaipur you will be met and transferred to Rambagh Palace. Rambagh Palace, the 'Jewel of Jaipur' has stepped gracefully through many royal transitions. Its elegant rooms, marbled corridors and majestic gardens echo with history, and every corner has a story to tell. The sprawling hotel was built in Indo-Saracenic style and served as a royal residence for many years before being converted into one of the country's premier hotels.

DAY TWO - Jaipur / Ranthambore

After breakfast, begin the approximately 3.5 hour drive to Ranthambore National Park, one of the largest and most renowned national parks in Northern India. Once the hunting grounds of Jaipur's Maharajas, today it's a major wildlife spot and a Project Tiger preservation reserve.

Upon arrival stretch your legs and check-in to the luxury tent that will be your home for this exciting adventure.

After lunch, embark on an afternoon game drive in search of the elusive Bengal Tiger! Ranthambore is one of the best locations to get a close view of the tigers, sometimes as near as 30 feet (9 metres)! Tigers are sighted almost daily and very often one can get natural glimpses of tigers hunting and taking care of their cubs.

After the game drive proceed back to The Oberoi Vanyavilas. Dinner is served at the hotel.

DAY FOUR - Ranthambore / Jaipur

After breakfast, drive back to Jaipur, the Pink City that glows with a singular beauty derived from the pink colour used everywhere in its construction. The effect of this glorious extravagance, most especially at sunset, has enchanted visitors for centuries.

Nestled in the Aravali Hills, the city was built in 1727 to the highest standards of city planning. Its founder was Jai Singh II, an extraordinary man who was not only a Prince, but also a military champion of his people and a dedicated astronomer who built advanced observatories in Jaipur, Delhi and elsewhere in India.

Following lunch and check-in, proceed this afternoon to explore the city. Your first stop will be the mesmerizing City Palace. In an unending series of delights, from its grand aged entrance to the play of ornamental fountains, the City Palace is a dazzling showplace of Hindu and Mughal architecture. Amongst the pleasures of the Palace is a museum with ample evidence of opulence.

Also visit the neighbouring Jantar Mantar, or the Observatory. Built between 1728 and 1734 by Maharaja Jai Singh, Jantar Mantar was built on a grand scale and was way before its time.
