Experience a tour that takes you into the life of the beer maker on this full-day (5.75 hours) excursion. Embark from the pier and board your coach for the 1.25 hour drive to Emerald Vale Brewing Company. Emerald Vale Brewing Company crafts its own beer from the best natural ingredients using rainwater, malted barley, selected hops, and yeast.

Start your private tour with an introduction to the brewery and its English and German history. Follow the owner as he takes you through the brewery's facility, explaining the brewery's history and processes for beer-making. When the tour has come to a close, enjoy a beer tasting and food pairing.

Enjoy lunch while you are entertained by a local school gospel choir, traditional dancing, and drumming. After lunch, take a private stroll through the Emerald Vale farm, led by a specialist guide, to view the beautiful gardens and dam. You have a chance to see some of the endemic wildlife as well.
